Mount Huangshan Tourism: 530 million yuan is planned to be invested in hotel renovation

On the evening of February 3, Mount Huangshan Tourism announced that it planned to invest about 530 million yuan to build the hotel project at No. 12, Binjiang East Road, Mount Huangshan, with self raised funds.

The hotel is located at the core of Mount Huangshan Central Government District and Business District, beside the Xin'an River, with many scenic spots around and significant regional advantages. The hotel has 26 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of 79178.15 square meters. The main building has been completed. Mount Huangshan Tourism won the project under construction through the judicial auction in December 2024. This time, it is planned to comprehensively upgrade it to create a high-end hotel integrating international brand standards and Mount Huangshan regional culture.

The project construction period is expected to be 24 months. On the basis of retaining the original main structure, a series of renovations such as structural reinforcement and space optimization will be carried out, with approximately 490 guest rooms configured. The mechanical and electrical systems will also be upgraded, and green building materials will be used to create a sustainable living space.
